i saw the coolest thing last week, a physio doing a suction on this lady who couldnt cough. i thought smoking was the only thing that brutalised the airways

i do shit
i do vomit
i do everything else

i can not suction the shit out of ppls lungs, coz the sucker we use u have to hold your finger over the hole to gain suction and i cant handle that coz i know its passing my finger, even with gloves on... esp when someone is dying and u have to suction every hr or so

ahh that sucks. im sure you'll get over it though, you will have to deal with so much stuff in the years to come it'll become just another chore....like cleaning shit, vomit and everything else
