yea i heard about that awhile ago. they offered him a plea bargain for the tax evasion charge and he refused it. so they did more investigating and brought up all the other charges. it was up on thesmokinggun.com about a week ago.

yeah, i was like how stupid could you be not to pay taxes on the highest profile payout, but he out did himself again by turning down a plea bargain. nothing pisses off the irs more than turning down a plea bargain. they're going to nail his ass to the wall.
