Union Jack - Two Full Moons & A Trout. 2005......new remixes

Platipus has just announced that it will be re-releasing the classic Union Jack - Two Full Moons & A Trout with some new remixes.

Luke Chable
Freaky Chakra
Tektonik^

PLUS:

Caspar Pound
Union Jack Remix (CD Only)
Original Mix (CD Only)
FLAF Remix (CD Only)

Hmmmmmmm

I'll be very interested to hear Chable's remix. This will also be a good oppurtunity to pick up this track if you missed the Original release, i guess.

Thoughts?

Maybe theyve seen the controversy that Fred Baker caused by sampling the vocal and effects and wanted to cash in too

yeah that can be true and have happened before. anyone remember when Scooter ripped of Zyon - No Fate? Then Eye-Q decided to re-release the tune to show how it should sound like.

At least Daum Bentley made EDM back in 1993. He probably knew the track then. Maybe he'll make a good remix. Hahahahaha.

Oh christ, can't they just leave that one alone?

At least it looks like some credible artists are remixing this and none of those "Trance-Allstars" abominations.

Still, it should be left alone.

Tektonik is credible?

Can the betrayal go much deeper?

ok, i know it's horrible with a rerelease and everything, but i would really like to hear what freaky chakra would do with it, it might turn out good i think

My thoughts exactly.

I fail to see why they just can't press up a decent copy of the Orig / Casper Pound Remix and put it out.......

Always trying to make a buck, I do hope that they don't remix "Madagascar" again, there are only 2 definivive mixes of the track and that's the Orig and the Cygnus X versions......the rest were all unnecessary.
