i dont much like the kick, there is lots of click but not much bass at all, probably nothing that some eqing wont fix. the synths are fairly basic but it works well, quite soothing.

hey m8
this sounds REALLY nice with the sound solution compressor plug in on winamp

melody when it all comes in together is really sweet, nice rough breakbeat style, like the background voice

i must agree kick needs changing, and when the regular 4/4 kick comes in, i think you shouldnt have a 4/4 kick, just have the whole song breakbeat... overall really kewl stuff keep it up

peace

I wouldn't say there's not enough low on the kick, but there's a bit more click than I'm comfortable with.

I'm with Sunquest. I don't see why you're pulling out the four on the floor. The breaks were nice as they were.

As a short mix, I can't say I like it too much. It'd be nice to hear a longer version. That would give me some time to get lost in the track.

tite... (thanks for the PM btw)

this song is sounding cool, i like the breaks pattern quite a bit, but i think it would sound better with a different bassline... the constant eighth-note bassline got kind of boring after while

what kind of homework assignments do you get?

Thanks for the feedback guys, really appreciate it.

I didn't really notice the problem with the kick but I think I know what you're saying. I'll definitely play around with it!

About the 4/4 kick.. I dunno I thought it would be cool to throw a little bit of that in there, hehe. Definitely gonna fool around with different arrangements then I guess. I'll try messing with the bassline too.

The homework assignment was to take a sample and mangle it in an audio editor, but I cheated and just used delay and vocal samples.. hehe.

Cheers guys!

He Sharvax! Very nice tune mate! In the style of shiloh! Would love to hear the new version with some deeper basslines, it sounds still a bit empty... A longer version would be nice 2

This is a really cool track you got there. Keep up the good work.

the high echoing pattern makes this tune

I agree with the comments made about the kick, though it's not too bad.

great snare drum selection

the track need to be extended & have a ambient break between 2 sections.

the pads are nice. the female chior pads could be made more spacious & even thicker.

it is a rather groovy track. nice work.

Hey,

Very cool sounding track though I feel this would be perfect if it had a bit more of an overall punch to it. You may prefer it to be a more chilled track but I personally feel this could work well more as a dancefloor track. Its got all the elements there in the non-break sections, theyre great as they are but with more of a punch it could drive this track on further.

Everything sounds fine to me apart from that though. Just my opinion from what I hear.

wow! great sounding track!! Really laid back. It sorta builds up to something, but then only the 4/4 beat kicks in. Something extra would be nice at that point, like a thicker bassline line and beat. But its a nice chilled track!
