Nothing Like Our Scene
last night, i realized, there is nothing like our scene. being in some rave, at least 50% people are on something and enjoying it, all the lightshows, the bboys, popwalkers, jungle people, industrial people, the house crowd, all there to dance however they want and all are so open. i could just walk up to just about anybody and strike up a conversation if i wanted to.
there is nothing like it. not in hip hop, rock, whatever. nothing as worldwide and diverse as our scene. be proud.
true that..
so when are u gonna make it to a party down here?
armin oct 7!!!
lol yea this is wat i love about our scene. i noticed this at warped tour. not a dam person that bumped into me or spilled their drink on me botherd to look back and say they were sorry. totally diffrent story at ultra

thanks
you know that is true.. I came up in the metal/punk scene and it's totally different, it was rare when I didn't get in a fight with some rude MF'er. anything EDM and everybody's chill, course that could be the party favors..

ive danced for over 10 hrs rolling my ass off . so please you guys need to do a little more researcg before you go on message boards and post ignorant things that are gonna make you guys look un-educated about what you are talking about
i have to agree that our scene is nothing like anyother music scene out there, and is far superior. however, Mr. 57 here should speak not of that which he doesnt know. in all disrespect man, you know NOTHING about this scene. rolling parties dont count as raves. raves are pretty much non-existant anymore, and if im wrong, SOMEONE INVITE ME TO ONE!!!. our scene exists now in the clubs, the clubs which ketchup boy here wont even be able to get into for like 19 more years.
the scene isnt about the drugs, it isnt about "all the lightshows, the bboys, popwalkers, jungle people, industrial people, the house crowd." the lightshows (as fun as they are) are very tacky to see in a club, its like holding up a sign saying "hey look how fucked up i am." and as far as the people that you have to elequently lumped into your cute little groups, guess what, they are just people. and 99.9% of the time, if you are nice to people, they are nice back, be it in a club or anywhere.
now dont get me wrong, i love a good pill and a light show just as much as the next partied out pill head, but there is a difference between a rave, a club and a houseparty. there is a time and a place for everything and most people dont know where that place is or when that time is.
and as cool as we all know you think the drugs are, talk to me after you've seen someone's face go green, their eyes roll back into their skull, and OD in a nasty ass club bathroom. like i said: "A time and a place."

Not to laugh at someone else's name, but "Mr. 57" and "ketchup boy" had me on the floor
Our scene is pretty much a P. Diddy clothing ad gone all wrong.
