I want a mixing program where you can hear one deck using the headphones and the other deck using the speakers....

Is there a program that has this feature???

I heard that this cannot be posible unless you have two soundcards...

Yes it's possible but you need a 4 speaker capable sound card such as the SB live and you need a program like BPM studio 4 pro etc that can utilize the 4 channels fully

umm
why dont you just buy a $3 stereo splitter, that splits one channel into 2 channels, which alows you to have one channel as master and another for monitoring... i know traktor and virtual tt's and a few other mixing softwares allow u to do that...
