There's cyber trance parties that happen with all sorts of djs every couple of months or so.

There are the "legendary" Giga raves with Yoji Biomehanika and guests ... Yoji also frequents other Japanese clubs every couple of months.

Then there are the lessor known trance parties and crazy Japanese Djs who spin there .

My guess, don't worry, you'll find something.

Their scene is very much alive and kicking.

Ive always wondered about the scene in Japan and the Pacific Rim in general.

Who are some of their big djs? Does the country have a genre preference? How is the political outlook on EDM?

my ex just came back from Tokyo!

She says that jepanese people are absolutely crazy about trance, but not many famous DJs are spinnig in the clubs. But she always had fun! Local DJs are not bad

A friend of Blank & Jones were telling me that techno is apparently what they love over there... too bad...
