which version of rock your body rock?

ok i have sampled all the vinyl i can find at chemical records. i am looking for the version of ferry - rock your body rock that loops the phrase during the peak.

from new york london to amsterdam, lets rock, lets rock, lets rock. I wanna rock your body rock.

It says lets rock three times. I cant find it!

That's probably because Ferry loops it with his CDJs.

LOL!

it's his personal mix, it isn't available to purchase, and it won't be released (most likely)

makes sense?

anyone can rip and upload a song, but why not make live sets more desirable by going and listen to songs you can ONLY hear at his performance?

duh

anyway

balls

It's Ferry's own remix and as far as I know, it's not getting a release.

Just for the record, it says, "Let's Fuck" not "Let's Rock"

F Massif remix for the win

he played a version where the vocals mention 'dance valley' at DV 2004 and 2005, and it had these little interesting bits at the end of some of the bars

private versions are good tho, cos anyone can mix a released version, but for the dj to have their own edits & stuff makes the set at least unique

True, but they're frustrating at the same time

Perhaps they should release these private versions (for free or whatever) several years down the line, just so people can have them eventually.

this is why I plan to re-edit my own vinyl rips when I get cdjs, so my sets can be unique

Looks like someone's been reading the lyric sheet in Ferry's "Roght Of Way" album.

haha. I bought it in the Dam and cos I couldn't play it, that was the first thing I did!

And yes I do feel the need to educate folk who don't know. The great thing was, that they hammered it on the radio over here without an edit because they presumably didn't know what it said.

somebody listen to ferry's trance energy 2004 set. listen to the bassline that leads rock your body rock in. I don't think it is on the record. What is it from?
