I Supply the webspace, You supply a 2 track mash up, it goes to a vote...All competing MUST vote for there fave of the rest, via PM to me. Top 4 have a 4 Track mix-off!!!!

Simpler, Easier, HARDER!

Round 1, 5-10 minute Bootleg/mash up.

Round 2, 20-25minute 4 track Mix/Mash.

MARKING.....

Each DJ MUST choose a favourite mix (other than there own) and a runner up. 2 points for the best and 1 for the runner up.

PM ME the final rankings and i'll calculate the finishing board.

Once 15 of the slots are full, i'll send out the FTP info, then every1 gets a week to upload and a week to pick a winner from the rest.

Then PM me, i'll post th eresults, set up to 4 best to an OPEN VOTE TO EVERY1!!!!!

It sounds like you make mashups for breakfast mr2gti

It usually takes me quite a while if I really wanna get it exactly right, but maybe that's cause of the way I work. Most of the time I spend on listening instead of actual editing. Also, finding the right combination of tracks can take a large amount of time.

It's gonna be fun to hear what everyone can come up with

does the mash up have to be a trance track and then another track of a totally differnt genre? or can it be two different trance tracks?

One extremly interesting question coming from this... The debate about tracks to use.
ONE HAS TO BE TRANCE. The other, what ever.

And the fact that people don't mix trance anymore..... GET OFF TRANCEADDICT THEN lol.

sounds like a fun comp, so what are we required to do? just combine two songs into one? or is it a mix between two songs? let me know, oh and count me in either way!

Its a mash up so basically weave the two tracks in and out- "mash them up" so to speak.
