Exclamation [Ambient] Hydra - Affinity (Mackers Ambient Remix) [Full - 192 kbp/s]

Ok, so it's no longer "just a clip", i've finished it this morning, and i hope everyone likes it...i tried not to make it too long, but for me that's probably one of the most difficult things about producing, a lot of my tracks end up being really quite drawn out, but anyway, enough of my talk - Feedback please.

Thanks,

Macker.

most excellent!
great stuff. nice beats and, even though it's chilled, it has a headswinging drive to it
i do think that the lead synth is too hard however. i'd prefer a something more sineish
nevertheless, great remix. love it already
(funny end aswell )

Hey no problem, I can do that. Though it sounds fine to me anyway, I understand you want it to be perfect. Just PM me when it's done, I look foward to it.

damn production on this is really tight. Don't usually listen to this type of music, but this did catch my attention. Love the sounds you have used. I agree that the lead could be a tad softer, maybe add some delay on it to give it a more ambient vibe, and if you have used distortion or resonance which it sounds like you have, either turn it down a bit, or reduce some of the harsher frequencies in the mid range. For ambient it really does keep the listeners interest quite well. The bassline and minimal percussion drive the track nicely too!

good work!

Tim
