What Happened To CyberFest?

I know that you guys have probably discussed this topic before, and im sorry that i missed it. But does anyone know whats up with cyberfest? I dont really think its gonna happen with ultra coming up but my friends in florida keep askin me to find out. thanks, peace and respects.
