They are 6 hrs ahead dude.....so substract 6 hrs and you have the eastern standard time version of it.

but i can�t listen to id-t radio cuz the live stream doesn�t work for me (the pop up works, but when it�s playing i can�t hear anything) and i think i can�t recieve it over radio either
have any suggestion?
