Sets with the most trainwrecks you've heard.
What sets have you heard that had possibly the worst mixing you've ever heard?
The one that comes to memory since it's recent, Jean's 2005 Sensation White set.
I can forsee a lot of Tiesto sets being mentioned.

I've heard a lot of trainwreck openers at the club, but trainwreck sets usually get the delete right away... ![]()
i want to see someone post tiesto. good thread btw.
The first TIC.
Nick Warren's live sets usually have a lot of blatant fuckups. I don't have any on this computer though so I can't cite any specific examples.

Not a "set" per say, but ATB's CD that I unfortunitely own called "DJ In The Mix" has probably the WORST mixing i've ever heard in my life. It's so bad, that you wonder if this guy even knows how to mix. I haven't seen him live or listened to his sets online before, but I can tell you, if this CD is any indication of this guy's mixing ability, then he must be REALLY bad. He mixes in some trance in CD one, mostly some newer stuff from the time (2004) and then after fading out most of those tracks, the mix just changes half way into "Missing (Todd Terry's Club Mix)" by Everything But The Girl, which mixes into "9 PM Till I Come (Sequential One Remix)" by ATB, and boy is it BAD. I mean the quality of the whole recording changes after he fades out "Epic (Above & Beyond Remix)" by Rusch & Murray into those tracks. After "9 PM Till I Come", which is still playing with "Missing", he abroughtly cuts it off and BOOM it's into "Rush (Super 8 vs. Orkidea Remix)" by Aalto. And your thinking the whole time "What the fuck? is this what he calls "mixing"?" and then you hear a lot more trainwrecks, with fading in and fading out, and mixing so off the beat you wonder "can this guy hear? is he deaf?" and "has this CD been mixed by a 5 year old?", it's just that bad. I could go on and on about this horrible CD.

Uncle Montana's trainwreck session, 25 tracks in 6 minutes, all blissfully trainwrecked to satisfaction.
Tiesto's EM!
'the essential.. the essential.. the essential.. '
over most of them
edit: i had to mention tiesto hehe
Oakenfold's GU:Oslo has the WORST mixing I have ever heard. The trackselection is beautiful, but I just cant listen to it with such horrible transitions.
The worst set ever I have heard live is
Judge Jules @ Cream10 Cardiff November 2002.
Absolute turd! No mixing whatsoever. The room was empty when he stopped. Had about 10 other people - his posse on the stage as well. Who did he think he was on that night? He tried to scratch which was appalling and kept on rewinding records!
Scott Bond @ Wakestock 2003 and then later that year at Crasher NEC Plugged In. Amazing tunes but he needs to learn that beats can be mixed together!
paul okenfoldis my addition for the fee he gets he should be able to do a job worthy of his fee
I heard a set with Paul Oakenfold drunk ;D
At the end he started to scratch like crazy. 'twas fun ;D
Jay Denham @ defqon 1 2003
(But it was caused by technicalproblems with his gears I've heard)
And one set of Cor Fijneman on a radio station (scratch 98)
And DJ rush often sounds like Two TGVs passing by
