This is my first public mix ever! I am requesting some nice constructive criticism, so I know what to do/what not to do for my mext mix 8) I got good feedback on it from friends, but I need to please more than them

Corrupt .mp3?

The front and back covers files, and the tracklist document within the zip file are all ok, but the .mp3 file isn't. ...I've downloaded the zip file several times and get the same thing happen.

hmm, that's really odd. What program are you trying to open it up in? maybe try a different program/computer to play the mp3. Let me know if that does/doesn't work then. Over 100 people listened to it with no problems

You know I always have loved trance with vocals. Gives the song(s) such a different flare. This mix is great I am 24:35 in and I am loving it. This will definatly go into my car for listening pleasure at a later time.

EDIT: Feedback as promised! ...well I have to say I really enjoyed this mix, great vocal tracks and a good pace all the way through! Thumbs up from me, and thanks for sharing!

Second mix should be out within a week (hopefully!!!) The style is more of a chillout/vocal trance. The songs range in the 130 BPM area. Unlike the 138-140 for my first mix. I think you guy will like it (well, i hope!)

hmnnn............ too hard for me to enjoy this one......... i can handle a fair dose of cheese but this is covered in it.

listening to it right now... and for the people who are complaining about the cheese... why download it if you know you arent going to like the track selection? doesnt make any sense.

anyway im into track 4 and im enjoying the song selection and the mixing so far. keep up the good work and let me know when you make any more mixes

My next mix is going to be a lot slower than VP1. Should be online (hopefully) within a week. VP2 will come after, so back to the fast(er) paced vocal trance

i'm glad you enjoyed it!

No cue sheet as of yet. Once I figure out how to make them (I think I do though) i'll post it for this mix. Hopefully i'll have one included in the zip for my next mix.

I really want to hear this but I�m having trouble. It�s a zip file and my computer here at work isn�t letting me listen to a zip file. Any possible other ways of converting file to something else other than zip/mp3?

Just wandering and don�t want to cause any trouble. Looks like a great tracklist though.

Umm does your computer @ work have WinZIP? If not just go to www.download.com and download it.

Once you have it then just double click on it and winzip will do the rest.

I like your mix. The trackselection is good and the flow of the mix is nice.

Your transitions are very energetic and long and you don't waited till the end of the tracks to mix them out like some people do. Of course your beatmatching needs some improvement but that's just a matter of time

I made a cue, hope the times are somewhat correct if not just edit them correctly.

My fave kind of trance has got to be this kind of vocal trance, so melodic and uplifting.
Oh, and clever of you to put 'iiO - At The End' at the end of the mix. ha ha ha!

haha, it was either in the end, or "the sound of goodbye." In the end fit better
