Woa look at this

I dont know if this has been posted yet or not but i was just surfing the net and stumbled upon this...its a midi controller for any sort of dj program ect.

i guess its still in production but it looks awesome....

Yeah it does seem awesome. Looks like it would work really well with Ableton I think. Definitely would buy this if it's in the 299-499 price range, once I get Ableton live. Most likely it wont be

I read the empty pot box itself is 600euros thats just empty.

You have to buy all the modules, faders ect. which would come out to around 1500$ all together

wow that looks sick! i love the way you can basically create the way that rig fits into the box.. very very awesome. if i had a few extra grand to blow on anything, id get that, ableton, and the most ridiculous midi-controlable mixer. unfortunately, i cant...

but i can dj vicariously through other TAs who can!

Proper modular stuff... looks like fun

My mate's making a modular DJ mixer for his big uni electronics project - no idea how it'll turn out cos he's not really a DJ so I don't know if he really knows what will be good for a DJ etc! But I'm sure he's done his research. Will be very interesting to see how it turns out.

^thas the way of the future right there...

everything's gonna go down that path... and become more and more automated, and less and less human-reliant.

reminds me a lot of the Ecler SCLAT Series. looks good

Their site http://www.mawzer.com says they are working on a smaller size version.

I like the idea of a configurable Midi controller - so it can be changed as music software gets updated and needs different controls.

Too expensive for me however.
