Saw II

I don't get why there's a sequel
sure it is interesting, but we all know how jigsaw thinks by now...

trailer: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0432348...lay-E25142-10-2

it's one of the best movies i've ever seen. Everyone says they could predict the ending from the first 15 minutes of the movie, but i have a very high IQ and i didn't understand anything until the last 3 minutes of the film and i was like "OMG BRILLIANT".
I enjoy my fair share of violence as long as it 100% adds to the films plot and this movie performed it well.
However, as i was reading the cast and production team behind Saw II, i fear it might turn into another Ring II disaster.
From what i've read it's about 8 or 9 people trapped in a house where they must kill each other in order for one to survive. Somehow they are all tied up together in the reason why they were chosen. 8 people who don't know each other tied into 1 demise? I really hope it doesn't rip off the original Cube's "reason to why they were chosen."

anyways, $20 on opening night. (9.50 for a ticket and $10 for large coke/popcorn EXPENSIVE)

tickets here are $12....fucking expensive...and if you take a large pepsi + popcorn it's almost another $12....

Posted by chojin on Oct-12-2005 15:46:

download?

i saw the original at the cinema. tickets are about 5.50. however i always attempt to use my out of date student card which gets me in for 3.70

...why are talking about ticket prices anyway, the film was okay. the sequel will most likely be poo.

only just watch the first one last week and i thought it was blinding. i love films where you left in the dark til the end, it makes film more watchable. II will have a bigger twist for sure.
