ID this track, seems to be a difficult one!

Hello, I've got a big challenge:

This is a trance-dance song, like chicane-saltwater or humate love simulation, but they aren't it. This sample is played on the piano, you need to think a breakbeat with it. It's an ideal intro song for a live set, and the tempo can be different from the tempo of the sample. The melody you hear on 35sec should have a female voice, that makes a strange sound (little bit screaming).

Does anybody have an idea?

2. It is a remix of a song that is being used for marriages
