does anyone happen to know if tiesto is throwing an afterparty at ice like someone mentioned in another post?
I think I have to wash my hair that night...

Would love to see Tiesto in Vegas for NYE, but this has to be the most expensive time of the whole year to travel there. No airfare deals, hotels are 5x normal price, dunno if I can do it this time. I know the show will go off and that Tiesto will totally rock Vegas (saw him there Memorial day weekend, so I know firsthand!)

im impressed that hotel is not that expensive. i thought its gonna cost me more.
for example, 3 people, 3 nights is average 370 total per person for 3 nights.
thats MGM price. there are lots of other casinos at that price. flight ticket although is expensive.

I finally turn 21 on December 11 but I'll definately pass on gay ass Tiesto. It looks like I'll be in South Africa anyways for NYE which will be off the hook! If I don't go to South Africa, I'll be in Vegas for PVD the night before NYE then I'll be at TAO with all my friends. Hopefully, I'll just be in South Africa for the party!
$100 for GA tickets + $200 a night for rooms is way too much money! i should of seen him locally when i could of.
theres always next time right?
I think I might skip all the new years bs, go to a house party or asomething, then drive out to Vegas for Lawler and Digweed, because lord knows that combo is just LETHAL.

VIP was NOT worth it in L.A.
It seems they're offering alot more for the vegas show but the price is steep.
I'm getting the GA tickets to be safe.
After getting VIP tix for TIC-LA, I would recommend going with the regular tix. VIP does get you in faster with a shorter line (get there early!), but I waited 30 minutes in the "free t-shirt" line inside the venue (no VIP line for t-shirts) only to find out that all the t-shirts were just one (wrong for me) size: Large. I didn't like them that much anyway, so I bought one with a better design that would actually fit me at the other table for $25. The VIP area was off to the left of the stage, and you really couldn't see much from there and nobody really wanted to hang around there either. There was a lounge with some couches, but I never sat down since I came to dance! I suppose that if you drink over 15 drinks per night (or 20 including some bottled waters) then it might be worth it!
I just booked a room at the Orleans and a flight on Southwest. It's all fully refundable, so I just have to decide if I'm going to bite the bullet and commit for the (regular, non-VIP, non-refundable) Tiesto tickets.
Would love to see Tiesto again, and his set will be 6 hours! $100 for a 6-hour Tiesto set really isn't a bad price for NYE, considering that the alternatives will also be pricey. It's all the rest (airfare, hotel) that makes it so expensive. I once worked with a person who used the divide it over the rest of your life method: assuming that you're going to live awhile, it's only something like 15 cents per day for the next 10 years!
