Educating someone on EDM

What do you say or what website do you show someone when they ask what the difference between genres are ie. house and trance, techno, etc.

I just want something to give people when they ask me the difference or ignorantly say they're all the same.

Ishkur's guide should be enough if they aren't distracted by all of the clickables. If they are, then... just give them examples of their own choice.
