Favourite Sport (to watch)?

Simple Enough... What is your favourite sport to watch either LIVE or on TV.

NOTE: Choices are in alphabetical order to avoid biases. If you're looking for Soccer it's under Football first, which it should be called the world over anyways. North American Football is listed as Football: North American.

I'm guessing among TAs, Football / Soccer is going to win, altho my personal choice is Hockey, which is the #1 sport here in Canada.

WARNING: Hockey refers to ICE Hockey (for you silly brits that seem to be confused)...

i personally love all 4 major sports here in north america (hockey, basketball, football, baseball) but i love watching the NFL the most cuz i get all the action in one day.

Next to Hockey, I also enjoy watching Tennis, Rugby, Lacrosse, Soccer, Formula 1 & Rally, Aussie Rules Football. I've only seen it a few times on TV, but it's packed with action, so, I'm sure I'd be a big fan if I lived in Australia. I also really enjoy watching most Olympic sports.

I don't much care for most of the big American sports Baseball, (American) Football, or Basketball... I'm more of a European sports fan.

I chose other because Ice Hockey is my favourite sport to watch but it's not on the list. I hope just 'hockey' on the list isn't refuring to ice hockey because hockey is a totally different game, problem is it sucks ballz big time (non contact). BTW, yes there are Ice Hockey teams in Britain, Nottingham (where I live) has one of the best in the country, the 'Panthers' yyyyeaaahhhhh

Here in North America we only need to call it Hockey. The other Hockey is Field Hockey or Grass Hockey. I was actually considering including the word ice to avoid any confusion, but I thought I'd just use Hockey, cuz I really doubted that anyone's favourite would be Field Hockey. As you said, it's pretty slow and boring...

I will watch Rally driving (no kids it wasnt invented by Sony) but apart from that I think sport on TV is a waste of time that is put there by TV stations rather than spending money on something interesting, entertaining or informative.

I also have a very low opinion of athletes.
