man....fuck Red. that was the 1st and last time i ever go there. they open an hour late (guess they can't control it so it's cool). then BT gets on at around 2am. plays for a good hour maybe and hour and half...then he's done. BT was fuckin ROCKIN' it. and he finished so soon. so i'm never going to red again. thanks.

that was only my 2nd time seeing him! he's by far one of my favorite djs (as in, got me into the music) and he only played for a fuckin hour. that's crap. i don't know if it's BT or if it's Red, but shit...that was a waste of $15!

It sounds like it was Avalon themselves that messed up the night. Well I am glad to hear BT was rockin at least. 
bas were you able to ID any tracks last night?

I was actually supposed to stop by, but I ended up taking a "nap" and I didnt wake up til this morning, ooops 
BT is always a good show to see, even on his off nights (musically), he has great stage presence.
Too bad he didnt get a proper set time last night. I guess it's not that bad that I missed it then..

heh had lots of fun, just wish he played longer next time i see bt it will definetly be at spundae
BT's sets these days tend to be 60-90 minutes most time, it seems.
Last time I saw him he was on for about 75 minutes.

BT played from 01:50 to 03:18. He opened with:
Coldplay - (not Speed Of Sound)
G&D - Arcadia
G&D feat. Molly - Tracking Treasure Down (guess Armin isn't the only one who has it now 
)
After that it got rather hard and I couldn't ID anything 
In the middle was a nasty remix of Dreaming though 
I was beginning to get really bored after an hour of that, when I heard Love Comes Again. He crawled it to a halt; stepped away for a few seconds while the crowd was chanting "one more;" and came back with Force Of Gravity (sounded like something in between the original and Ferry's remix).
When that track ended, some guy came to close his laptop and he was gone. People were yelling "BT" but that was it for the night.

(Doors opened around 11:45 because the previous concert ran late--as usual; I was in within 10 minutes

Hey guys, sorry about the delay, but I know I did post a warning on Friday afternoon that the club wasn't opening until after 11:30pm due to the concert event. Sorry for those of you who didn't read it on time. Avalon was passing out discount tickets and line passes for any future event there.
BT's set times do appear to get shorter and shorter these days. I'm sure it wasn't RED or Avalon who requested that.
If any of you didn't get the discount passes PM me now and I'll make sure you're taken care of next time around.
On that note, it was great meeting some of you and hanging out for once! As always, great to see people having a good time! Until next time...

no no! i didn't have any problems getting in. in fact i got in quite easily. it was a good thing they opened late, i didn't get there till almost midnight anyway (1 hr disco nap turned into 3

i was just kinda bummed cuz he played for so little. but other than that no problems. the opening dj was playing kinda weird. some crappy songs...then like 1 or 2 REALLY good songs...then a lame one. and he had a guitar player, that was so cool! the guitar player was playing riffs to all the music...it was awesome.

Love G&D "Arcadia!" Heard it on Airwave's show "Tranceplant" and was trying to ID the track while up at the Love Parade in San Francisco. Later found a tracklisting for "Tranceplant" online, then realized that I had already ordered this amazing G&D track from DanceGrooves (the 30 second sample there was so good that I had put it into the basket as a "filler" record to justify the shipping on my previous order)! Nice to hear that BT likes it too!
