I love Halloween and October. My favorite time of the year. Just wondering if anyone knows some good places to go in the area. I was searching around, and came across this: http://www.hauntedhousenyc.com/ which seems pretty damn awesome. Probably check it out sometime this week. So yeah... if you know of anything, post it up. Bitches.

Yeah. I think I may try to head there Friday before Crobar. If not, then probably sometime Saturday or Sunday.
I'm going to that first one I listed right now. I'll let you know how it was.

i'm def. going to Blood Manor tonight with one of my friends, i'll write a review tomorrow!
so i went to Blood Manor yesterday. pretty ornate and detailed- not worth $20 and i had to wait for 1 hour despite i had a ticket, which entitled you to go on the "Express Lane" which one of the security ppl said only takes 10-15 minutes. the "regular" lane for nonticket holders waiting over 2.5-3 hours minimum.
regardless it was fun- people just popping up all over the place, pitch black rooms u have to feel ur way around, characters grabbing you and stuff... the end was the best- there was a lady wielding a chain saw going RIGHT at you with that thing screaming the whole way... and she got pretty darn close too!! i was like WTF AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
some parts were of course cheesy but all in all, i give it thumbs up!!!
