Tiesto presents Allure-The Loves We Lost (Vocal Mix)

Not trying to start a Tiesto fued, what do u guys think about this...personally think its a good chill track.

Posted by spc on Oct-17-2005 07:44:

its alright.... ive always been a fan of tiesto but i still think his older productions from pre-2002 slaughter all of his recent releases

Shit song + vocals = shit song with vocals

lol... very well said. nice math skills

i really don't understand all the rush on this track, i really don't like it. i heard a tilt remix is there to come, so maybe that will be good? i don't know, ... as tilt also made some huge steps in a 'different' direction lately, ...

ah well.... it does it's job if tiesto had nothing to do with it, it wouldn't get so much attention I would say

exactly. that is the case with Traffic and so many other Tiesto tunes.

it's something i really don't like nowadays... a lot of other quality promo's get no full release and tiesto just has to make something and a lot of people just don't give shit what it sounds like and think: 'it's tiesto so how can it dissapoint' ... damn, people are naive

for example, go the music producers section and you will find some really quality stuff, knowing that a lot of it will never go very big, ... pity

I like the track.

bullshit, the track was an ID for ages and no one knew it was made by Tijs so dont come up with those lame excuses

the track rules big time and crashes some of his old productions, one of the few trance tracks that i actually like these days

Tilt remix sucks balls and comes with everything that makes Trance horrible nowadays, the awful Atmin sound

i was going to say the same thing, nearly a year i think it was an ID for & people were desperate to find out what it was. yet another case of people making up bullshit excuses as to why other people's taste can't possibly be the same as theirs

i like the track... not as much as his older stuff but definitely a step up from most of the stuff on Just Be/Parade of the Athletes

you're the man

The bass line is classic like a classics Tiesto production. The vocals work well too. But for some reason it did nothing for me live the times ive seen Tiesto this year. Its just a very flat tune kinda like his performances as of late. The ISOS sound simply cant make big rooms move imo

Posted by montana on Oct-17-2005 12:40:

the vocal sample is lifted wholesale from paula cole - she can't feel anything anymore

you werent on the boards the first time Traffic was aired at that TMF show i think??

half the board went mental at that track and the fuss around it was huge, same as with Flight 643 back in the days, everyone loved these tunes till they went commercial

@noise : thats the way to conversate

Some stats:

Traffic first play was on 04-04-03 at a Tiesto SOLO in GodsKitchen.

It was in practically every set since then in 2003 onward.

Was not IDed until august/september 2003.

for 4 months this tune had WOW factor.

So yes - i think it is THE SAME as what was said earlier about the Allure tune. It remained ID for around 8 months. and also contained a lot of WOW factor until it was released on the ISOS cd. Since then i think its just become a normal 'regular' in the sets and thats lowered my respect for this one.

Why does Armin whore so much this track in his ASOTs lately?

$

wasn't it first played @ TMF awards, remember everyone thought it was the intro of his Skin - Faithfulness remix

Posted by MichaelBoogerd! on Oct-17-2005 15:43:

Maybe it was played at a BROADCASTED event like TMF awards to alert the world to it there...

BUT

04-04-03 Tiesto @ GodsKitchen

is before

25-04-03 TMF Awards.
