Anyone played it, yet? I know there's a gaming forum... but it sucks. I just got to the part with the office and the trippy cloaking ninja things with the glowing eyes. Awesome game... and the first that I've played in months...

Horror FPS. The graphics are a bit over the top for medium-equipped systems.

Best PC FPS is HL1, I played the first 5 minutes of FEAR but stopped because my video card couldnt take it and I wasnt that intrested in it anyway.

2) That's your opinion. I'll say that it's a tie between Wolfenstein 3D and Doom.

Quake 4 is now on sale. However, reviews are showing up and are pointing at F.E.A.R. being the superior one.

Then again, you can argue that the two fall into two different subgenres.

downloaded the demo for F.E.A.R whoa that game is scary...good atmosphere.. awesome graphic and the only game in a while to put me on edge since the silent hill series....would like to invest on the full game but fuck me sideways it aint worth completly upgrading my graphic card, RAM, HDD and processor just for a single software title...im using a

Nvidia 128mb 4x AGP GeForce 5200 Ultra
AMD Athlon XP 2200+
512 DDR RAM
Nforce 2 mother board
Maxtor 80Gb HDD

personally dont think its worth spending �� for a software title

that aint minimum not a chance. more than likely it is the recommended.

i can run the game with nearly full specs. (shadow detail and anti-aliasing had to be reduced)

my setup:

Athlon 64 3500+
1Gb RAM
2 x Geforce 6800 SLI
