Hi,

I'm from Poland and I'm new here ... maybe would you mind listening and comment some of my productions? Here they are:

Imposive - Where I've gone

Imposive - Oleraceus

Imposive - Maternal love (Promo in 96 kbps)

Best regards,
Damian (Imposive)

Hi there,

Unfortunatly, i dont think any of the tracks do anything for me. They are much too similar from start to finish with no real creativity in the structure. Adding to that, there is a quite a lack of drive through the tracks, even something as chilled as a markus schulz production still has that rhythm to push the listener along. Some of the sounds were quite nice, but i'd still say alot of work needs done to bring the eqs out properly.

Thanks!
George

I checked "Where I've gone" out , the track offer a decent overall sound, like George pointed out, it needs some equing.

I like the bassline sound, so full it is, the kick is solid too.
But I have to say it doesn't keep me interested, perhaps, is because I'm tired of hearing the same sounds, which is practically like an epidemy in trance nowdays, most of this year's releases sound the same, or should I say something that drives me to the point I can say, wow, this is a nice track!!

I actually disagree.

I'm really liking these tracks. They're definitely more "chill" than something like Markus Schulz, but I'm really liking them. Very hypnotic, chill, type music that I'm digging at the moment.

My favorite would probably be "oleraceus", to be honest. Then "where I've gone".

Maternal Love is almost really good, but it doesn't catch my attention like the others do. That might partially have to do with the file quality. The other thing about it is...for me, the breakdown is confusing. You have a rhythmic synth-type instrument and the guitar starting at the same time, and to me the melodies of the two don't really go together. I'd rather not have the rhythmic synth, at least at that moment...just the guitar. I also feel the guitar needs to be "brought out" more. Whether you do this by simplifying other instruments when you bring it in or by EQing, either would be good. The other thing about this track (and all three tracks, really), is that they're a little bit drawn out. I feel like these should all be 6.5 minute tracks with the amount of material that's in there, and they're 8.5-10 minute tracks. I start getting a little bored around the 7 minute mark.

Other than those things, I really like them. I'll probably do a little bit of an edit just to shorten them slightly, and then I'd definitely play them out. I don't suppose I could get a good quality version of maternal love from you could I?

Good work dude.
