all you 56k'ers out there now have my sympathy. good god, i never knew what you guys had to put up with until i went holiday visitin' to buttfuck, nowhere. all they have here is 56k. ho-lee crap.
i've finished reading all the posts by the time half the signatures have loaded, if they've even loaded at all. and to post? haha.. i'm glad i'm going back to my dsl.

now, to completely go off on a seperate tangent, why can i never attach mp3s to my posts, like it says i can? such deceivery (if there is such a word) i wasted so much time trying to attach a track, but to no avail. is this common knowledge that this can't be done, and i'm just a slow learner? to quote a certain dream grl:

As a 56k user myself I find a generous cache is in order to deal with the sigs Not that I mind coz I love looking at peoples sigs. And you can always turn 'em off.

Are they under 500k ?
U can only attach a sample of a MP3 as long as its under 500k, roughly 30 seconds worth at 128 bitrate.

And we mainly use that to post samples in the UNKNOWN tracks forum so as ppl can help ID them, so please don't fill every post u make with a MP3 sample.

probably because the file you upload isn't supposed to be over a certain size. (don't know the exact size from the top of my head).

that's the only thing i can come up with

man, i am on broadband, and i still have sigs turned off...

too big, too flashy, too little txt above em most of the time...

haha i laugh at all you narrow band users. I had to go to 56k for a few days and i only connected at 9bps. I didn't even bother using it.
