Actually there are clouds in space, they're made of some of the finest dust and debris in the universe.

Yes, to answer the original question, it does rain in space, but its not the same type of rain you experience here in Earth. The rain is sort of like someone mentioned before asteroids and comets. "Storms" are very frequent in space, both electrical, plasmatic, and energy. Some storms come together and after time form planets, stars, and galaxies.
