hello, i got a job offer in sunnyvale, and i need to find a place to live ASAP... any recommendations as to where i should search or any1 in south bay area need a roommate?

ive been lookin at craigslist but thought i might try it here too

im a student at san jose state. sunnyvale is kind of far from here though unless you drive.

In Santa Clara here, just an exit south of Sunnyvale off 101. What price range are you looking for and what location? I've lived in this area for the last 6 years and tried 3 different complexes, some very nice (expensive), some not-so-much (wouldn't recommend them), but what are you looking for specifically?

Ah, if you find a roommate and split the rent there are a number of very decent places in the area for ~1600/mo. But without a roommate it'll be tough to find a nice 800/mo apartment (1br/studio), I should think.
