Find a Rave

I've been to a few raves in my day by friends taking me. But i'd like to change it around and start taking other people to raves. How would someone go about finding them, any suggestions appreciated!

well it says your lacation is Socal. There is always raves every weekend. I suggest ravelinks.com. They have a calender section and forums where people post about the coming parties.

I would classify a rave and a party completely seperate. My first rave i went to was in Hartford, CT and it was at the Muni (alil cafe that truns into a rave at night) and they were just playin gabber,happy hardcore, tech trance ... i mean im not a big fan of it so i stopped going...also wayyyyy too many druged out bitches and candy ravers.

I would say a party is more formal and mature -- better atmosphere and the nicest people come out to parties. This nig at the rave wanted to beat my ass because he wanted my shirt lolol. So ofcourse i didnt give it to em and then tried givin me props for not lettin me get punk'd down. I hate raves.

make sure to check out Avalon and The Vanguard in hollywood. also heaven is in hollywood too. all 3 of those clubs have big name djs and even some smaller djs there all the time!
