Oh no we don't need new remixes of this. especially not by crap remixers such as Lee Haslam and Graham Gold.

Posted by Ian on Oct-24-2005 12:31:

the remixes are uncalled for but i love the melody so much that i cant hate these even if i want to damn aural senses

Posted by Tangil on Oct-24-2005 12:43:

i don't know why exactly but i hate this song

Posted by kr00t0n on Oct-24-2005 12:45:

The new morely mix I heard back in Sept last year wasn't too bad, dunno if its the same as this one though

Posted by EssentialRecs on Oct-24-2005 13:36:

These new mixes are done a month ago, the one you heard last year must have been on the DJinthemix label

Bleh, I know I'm not the only one who is tired of 200X remakes. I may check these out, but I dunno.

Personally, I think Lee Haslam has put out some good stuff. Obviously if you're an uptight arsehole, UK hard trance isn't going to be to your taste, but within his genre, Haslam is respectable.

I'd like to know, from the record labels, why they do 200X remixes. I don't want to hear the cliched, "To give it the sound of today" response, because that concept is just bullshit; the tracks worked great then and they'll still work great now.

Posted by EssentialRecs on Oct-24-2005 19:01:

It's very simple, we only decided to re release this track due to the increasing volume of requests for updated mixes. I can't speak for others though, everyone has their own reasons

We don't disagree by the way that certain mixes will still be as good as they were at the time. It's a matter of taste after all though.

I haven't the remixes so I'm not too judge mental just yet.
But somehow I've got a bad feeling about the Graham Gold remix...

Smile

Nothing will touch the Mystic Groove & DuMonde Mixes !

Posted by jcosgrove on Oct-26-2005 17:43:

these new mixes are so shit.

this track is one of the best club tracks i've ever heard, it always got such a good reception at gatecrasher back in the day.
