hey all, well i jus got home from seeing oakenfold spin in pheonix arizona, and he blew it up...OMG what an fantastic set, but that got me thinking, what is everyone's favorite oaky set? either live or mp3...

i'm now seen him 3 times and he keeps me in awe each time, although my personal favorite would mos def be Gatecrasher @ Lotherton Hall that is the most amazing set to an aspiring dj... aight i'm done rambling now...i'm out

it will definitely be the set he played in homelands, dunno the date though coz the mp3 i downloaded did not indicate it...

I think it's from May of 99. I think I have the one you're talking about, it is one of his best ones.

Oakey in Phoenix

The show last Saturday was outstanding...he really had everybody moving...the crowd was solid...sound was terrific...all and all a very good show!!!

And regarding favorite mix...Gatecrasher is one of my favorites!

What up Phoenix ravers....I am so jealous that you guys got to see Oaky...I go to college in LA so I totally missed out on what i heard was a really phat party...last time i saw Oaky was at Nocturnal and he rocked the West Coast...peace

Hey!.. I saw him at Nocturnal Wonderland too..
Remember Seven Cities? I think he spun Zombie Nation -KK400 too..

but yea.. my favorite mixes from him are:

and..
Space, Ibiza (Essential Mix)

LuckE...Sounds like the Tucson thing would be a blast...We've been down a number of times for shows and usually stay at Hotel Congress (cool little place)...however, I'm leaving this Thursday to go to a bigger party...Mardi Gras in New Orleans...so won't make this one...anyway, keep in touch...drop me a quick note at [email protected] with your email address, if you like...you'll have to let me know how the show went...
