it's not quite as good as shunsuke nakamura's free kick against motherwell last night.

It's the fourth goal in this video - at 4mins 30.

How do you work that out.

A free kick has the same degree of difficulty no matter who you play against. At least the motherwell keeper made an effort to try and save it and at least motherwell's defence made something that resembled a wall. Roma seem to let adriano get a free shot on goal.

In conclusion - nakamura is better than adriano.

I Love You Chesco! I Dont Love The Scottish League unless its Celtic Rangers every match for the entire year.

Nakamura is overrated anyway there is a reason why Celtic only wanted him and he played on Reggina. He has talent but mostly is used as a club tool to break into the Asian Market. I like him though cuz he learned Italian in like 2 days it seemed

Nakamura's is better. It's true.

nice shoot, Juninho (Lyon) is teh best for the free kicks.

Amnesia have we? Everytime Nakamura played with Reggina against big opposition, he was the driving force behind that team. He was their only real threat. He did about everything right in his position and I bet a bigger squad will pick him up since his talent is undeniable.

Well since Im originally from that region where Reggina plays - Calabria - and your not I think I would no a bit better than you that for starters they practically had a Scudetto winning party when he left, he made mulitple mistkaes when playing even during his best matches.

Those have been some of the best goals scored in a single match i have ever seen. every single one of the goals was great...

Totti's chip was arguably better.

Indeed , but look at Motherwell players, most of them don't run and the overall game seems pretty slow.

Every team has a player that can score free kicks these days...nowt special really!

Interestingly tho, loads of people think Roberto Carlos is a great free kick taker but he's only scored bout 6!

Sorry , I have to disagree , he's really the best free-kicker at this moment.

Can we now refer to Mrs. Blasi

That's what most people fall for. His shots are hard and curl like a MOFO, but they are hardly ever accurate. The few amazing freekicks hes scored (eg the one against France) were World Class, but in all honesty a fluke to some extent.

And I highly disagree with every team has a good freekick taker. Freekick goals are most of the time due to poor defensive walls or goal keeping. There are few freekicks scored that are truly unstoppable. Adriano's was one of those. Pirlo's freekick against Juve was simply a joke. Had it been any other keeper that would've been a one-handed training ground save.
