Talking John "quivver" Graham Traceport CD?

I just got the new John Graham a.k.a Quivver CD. Not only is he one of the top producers in the Biz. He also put out one of the best CD's out this year Tranceport. This guy can mix with the best of them and he has a great track selection. Check it out Tranceport Number what ever ther up to now I lost count.

i wasn't impressed..

I've said this before, but i really was not impressed with this release. It's not even trance anymore, it's just house... all the beauty and grace of the previous tranceports is missing from it, it's all just beats and drums... too much like a Steve Lawler mix for my taste. After Transport 4 and Tranceport 3 i dont see why ppl are excited about this, it definitely is not up to those standards. I think his track selection is so boring, i can't even tell if i am listening to the end of the cd or the beginning... just my opinion though.

you do have a point ther ambrus..... the trance like sounds of the first 3 are pretty much gone... but still, it doesn't take away from this 5...

Speaking of the first few Tranceport CDs, I was never terribly impressed with Dave Ralph's offering. He's been resident at my local club now for a few years too, and again not terribly impressed.

That is, until about 3 months ago. Went out, Dave was on, and then I realized, he was ON! Awesome set.

Then I got his Naturalized CD for christmas, and it's quite good, though some of the tracks aren't fresh, they're still good. A pleasant surprise.

I'll have to check out this Quivver CD...I've always loved Quivver remixes. Top quality.
