The DJ Mag list is nothing more than a popularity contest. DJ Skills aren't really emphasized in the poll. Cause if that were the case the top 3 would be nowhere near where they are at now. However a lot of club owners and promoters use the DJ Mag list for bookings so for a lot of DJs the list is important in that perspective.

As for the flash cartoon you are talking about it's "The End of the World" flash cartoon correct. Packer showed me that a while back and I was fkn crackin up. It's too good. Here is a LINK for all those who have no idea wtf we are talking about.

What I want to know is who the fk is Richie Hawtin and wtf is he ahead of Zabiela. I've never even heard of this guy. I've heard of everyone else in the top 20 except him.

Some Canadian techno guy. I know that much. As for why tf he went up 32 spots? I have no idea.

Richie Hawtin is like the Sasha or Digweed of Techno.

Been around for a while and gets mad respect from Techno heads. His style is more minimal than a Carl Cox type but he's definitely earned his spot.

I guess not enough people have seen Zabiela yet because he is by far the most talented DJ I've ever seen... like... fawk :/

Tiesto shouldn't have been #2. More like #20
