Does Toronto have a mafia?
You always hear about the New York mafia, the Chicago mafia, the Los Angeles mafia. What about the Toronto mafia? Does it even exist?
Of course it does!

India has some crazy underworld shit...
especially goa, theres a whole RUSSIAN mafia who run goa, all the drugs parties, etc etc.... everything goes through them and everyone pays them protection.
Montreal has its own too. They are behind the Bal en Blanc and black & Blue.

Mafia is not really a term that can be applied to Canadian organized crime. There are people who do bad things in group. But even they can not be defined as mafia. More of a gang.
The rest is irrelevant.

in terms of organized crime there is alot in toronto id say considering our multicultural factor.
Groups of asian criminals are getting bigger especially since they got into the drug market. Try going high in alot of drug chains in t.o. asians are prominent.
Russians were big after the fall of communism but im sure they are around along with other eastren europeans.
