No charges for Bush's Top Advisor, Karl Rove. Breaking news on WB11

Check on channel 11 if your home. Just checking it now. Libby could face $1.25 Million In fines, if convicted. Also 30 years if convicted. This is part of the CIA Leak Investigation. Charges: Obstruction of Justice, Perjury.

Rove still isn't out of the woods, though. They're still debating on charging him, it just won't happen today.
