I've read mixed opinions about this clip... you can see all the comments on big-boys.com. First of all.. it's not french... the show is from Belgium...

Anyways, there's another video clip on the site where that man is interviewed and he says it's completely real. He said he was fired after the show and now can never get on TV again.... he now has a great radio career.

What I've also heard is that it's from a sketch comedy show from Belgium and that this is just a skit.

I don't think I've read anything conclusive. It seems real to me... as a sketch show would have laughter from an audience... generally :S

This is definately real. The show is Belgian and this particulal episode was about people who had surgery that went wrong. The man with the voice had a simple throat surgery that got fucked up. You can watch a longer clip here:

In the audience there's a man who has the same problem, only his voice is now very low actually. If you need more translation let me know
