Rogers - Motorola RazR V3 $99.99

Rogers is selling the V3 for $99.99 if you sign or renew your contract for 3 yrs.

IMO, even though I hate this phone and ever fool who has bought it b/c it's thin and light ... is a LOSER! It's just a phone with such little opitions for it's orginal price tag. It's great for the girls, b/c it fit in the hand bags nicely b/c of it's design. *Hence whay they came out with a special edition metalic pink model ... why would any phone come out with new model like this, if it's not for bitches* Men don't use bitch ass phones like this, we use phones with PDA functions ... that can do whatever a real computer can do (almost)!

I was in PMall the other day and some fool was about to buy it, he saw me using my Treo and asked me how I liked the phone ... I did a full LIVE demo for him. Then he goes and tells the rep. he doesn't want it anymore and wants a Treo. At this point he already opened it and the rep is refusing to take it back ... one of the most brutal fights I've seen in a store. My personal msg to the guy, ya deserve it you big loser! Next time you buy a cell phone .. do your hwk before you buy it, don't buy it b/c of how it looks!

Anyways, $99.99 is beyond worth it now and I think I might have renew my contract to get this phone for my mom! Haven't renewed my contract for 5 yrs now.

Theory behind why such move ... they are getting ready for next year's massive suprise that will leave every other cell phone provider behind in the past. I wish I can say what is it, but I promised someone to keep my mouth shut. Even the Roger's rep don't even know this ... I tested the fools.

Been considering this phone as a gift, but it is kinda sucky. Man I don't now what's with phones nowadays, almost everything out there just looks ugly, IMO.

I sold most of them. I only use the RAZR now (since honestly, I see no flaw in it, Motorola actually got the software right this time - pretty simple) and a 3G phone (Nokia 6680) for travelling to Japan.

Everyone has their own preferences of what a phone should be. I bought it because:
-all i want is a phone to contact people
-its slim and fits in my pocket without pulling my pants down
-looks all right

I must admit that I probably like my Samsung A460 better, but then again I liked my old Nokia better the first week that I got the A460. I do think that probably Motorolla is overpriced, but then again I think all cell phones are overpriced when they come out.

I would love a razr , but My phone is a company phone and they only renew when they feel like it , so I am still soldiering on with my V300, still at least I don't get to pay the bills
my Wife's phone can't be renewed for another 18 mnths , so by then something new will be out anyway , but I would still love a Razr even though they don't do much , they are very cool IMHO

...could Rogers finally be catching up with the rest of the world in terms of service? That'll definately put them a good 2-3 years ahead of Bell and Telus ( ).

Ps. Girls buy phones based on how "cute" they are. They don't care about functionality like Blue Tooth, SMS interface, Tri-band capability, etc etc etc.
