Going to Caracas this weekend, what to do?

Ola!

I'm going to Caracas this weekend. Arriving on Friday, leaving Monday. What's fun in Caracas this weekend?

Gracias,
Andy

the only good thing about venezuela is their stripers but they all live in mexico.

I'm back from vacation, and thank everyone for their advice. I unfortunately didn't make it out to Margarita Island, though everyone there also highly recommended it too. Due to limited time there, I did make it out on the town, mainly in the Las Mercedes area, at this new club that just opened.

It was great meeting the locals in the clubs, and practicing my limited Spanish. And of course, lots of Rhum&Coke&Limon!!!

I hope u have a great time here...nice party in ccs?

Nice party Sat night it was... LOTS or Reggeton! Actually it was nice not to hear a lot of trance (JUST for a change). It is because the girls dance much more sexily to reggeaton, than trance. I enjoyed the grinds/freak dances.

Another observation... I went up to say Hi to ladies at a domino table. For north americans, it was unusual to see. But admired the cameraderie and the social aspect of this bar game, as it echos what we have here like pool tables. Same thing.

I didn't eat too much food while there... the fruits in the sangria I drank all weekend took care of that... Also hard to keep the food down when you have a hangover every day. LOL!

jajajajajaj U drink the most killer drink :guarapita...vodka is a baby in front of guarapita

OMG... I wish I would've known about it! Whenever I travel to another country, there's nothing I like more than to taste and do what the locals do. I don't like to do tourist things, but I love to do and experience the local culture. I did miss guarapita, but found the recipe for making it at home;

1 oz Vermouth Bianco (Martini or Cinzano)
1 oz Aguardiente Ca,a Blanca
1/2 x orange juice
1/2 x passion fruit juice
splash Amargo de Angostura
Ice // rocks
