Halcyon : Orbital vs. Chicane?

i find both these songs beautiful in their own ways
the orbital version is lush and peaceful, with beautiful vocals...
the chicane song is dreamy and inspirational...
which is your fav version of these two masterpieces?
orbital's...the vocals push this one into the win spot...
People seem to forget that Halcyon & On & On isn't the original version.
Play the Orbital track in reverse it's just 'opus iii - it's a fine day'
I knew it wasn't just a coincidence I liked both tunes

Orbital.
End of discussion.
because i am a nerd and because i like word etymologies, and because i happened to be looking in my dictionary for something one night, i stumbled across the etymology of the word halcyon.
halcyon is of greek origin and means: kingfisher
there is a greek myth about a god or whatnot who turned himself/herself into a kingfisher to satisfy the wrath of poseidon, god of the seas; because of this, ancient greeks associated the bird with smooth sailing and pleasant weather. this association was carried through into roman times and through the monastic tradition, into the english language where it is currently synonymous with calm, peace and tranquility.
flame all you want, i can take it. my pocket protector will save me.
and to address the original topic, my favorite is still the orbital version... i dont see how or why it got added to the MK soundtrack which is where most people have heard it.

Orbital. Period.
Is there even a debate?
Is there a Prodigy remix of Orbital's Halcyon?
