VSTi Clicks

I have a question regarding using VST'i's such as Vanguard or V-Station. I monitor with headphones and when a riff plays back with one of the above or pretty much any VSTi there is an audible click between each note. Does anybody have any tips on how to EQ this out (ie. the frequency this is at) or is there no need to, as on a "home" system you probably won't hear it.

Thx.

not familiar with those vstis, but i would take some attack off the synth if it clicks. maybe also mess with the rest of the adsr settings (probably not r though). might help.

I have same problem with vstation, i think it sucks... I mean, this shouldnt be...

In V-Station, go to the second page of the synth (Extra) and turn Start Phase to zero, that should help a bit. Never had that kind of problem with Vanguard, but just turn down the amp attack.

Nice one for the advice, I'm trying your tips out as we speak.

Yes, it should be. It is a model of an analog synth.

If you want 0 attack then you are gonna get a click on most analog or analog modeling synths because that is what happens with a 0 attack. Go buy a Rompler (sample playback synth) if you want something that already has all the sounds set for you.

Are you sure its the synth's evelope settings and not your latency settings.

This may seem very basic but if you are using FL studio, you might want to set your buffer size all the way up
