Taucher Mayday 2001 question

ok i amanaged to figure out (duh easy ) the song int he background is Kid Vicious - Re-Form (DJ Tiesto Remix) when that roxanne sample comes in from an old police track (very famous, check around 7 mins 30 secs) but what im wondering is did taucher edit re-form or did he have roxanne playin on another turntable and did some fucking brilliant incorporation into re-form (cause it sounds exactly like part of the song) or is a bootleg or what im baffled can someone help me out!

Taucher mixed the vocals of Roxanne with an other vinyl in the track!
