They are churning out some crap.

Robocop Remake
Why remake a classic movie like Robocop? Stop Animation made Ed209 the coolest malfunctioning robogoof ever! "you have 10 seconds to comply!".

& this: what the crap?!!!
A Terminator television series! Blasphemy!

There are so many remakes coming out these days. Holliwood must have run out of ideas.

If you were a director, what movies would you make?

they're doing the same thing with starwars..making it a tv series. i think its a good idea cause i wanted to see what happens between the 3rd and 4th movie...but i didn't want to see a "sequel to the originals prequel"

History will repeat itself. It is like if you consume a pizza & then later you want something more to eat but there is nothing in the fridge, so you get the idea to put your fingers down your throat & vomit up the contents of your stomach into a bowl thus giving you something to eat. You then proceed to eat the vomit knowing that it no longer really pizza but a pizza mush & stomach acid. Movie & Trance remakes are pretty similar to this.

That's crap they're remaking those.

If I were a director I'd make one of my books a movie and the others a mini-series of sorts.

Thrawn trilogy deals with the alliance struggling to put together the NEW REPUBLIC while at the same time battling the remnants of the empire. the remnant has been takin over by a tactical mastermind - Grand Admiral Thrawn and with the help of a Dark Jedi named C'Boath plans the destruction of the New Rebublic. the books were written abt 12 years ago i think so there is no use of the word Sith. its all dark jedi. The author of these books actually came up with the planet Coruscant which is now part of the movies.

I definitly think a World of Warcraft movie will be made.

As for starcraft, well we will be waiting forever. We are still waiting for a Starcraft 2 release!!

War Hammer is another likely contender.

Movies this year have sucked so far. The only good ones were Batman and, that's really the only one I can think of.

What's nice is that Hollywood has said that they're not going to blame their loss in sales on movie downloading, because they're admitting that the films they're putting out really aren't that great.

However, most of the previews that I've seen for movies coming out for the rest of the year have all looked great.

Im ceratinly hoping Lewis' books can be made into good movies, but ihave less than 1% faith in hollywood.

there are ideas/rough drafts for epside 7,8 and 9 that are called the sequals. lucas has mentioned that those won't be made for about 20 years if ever. so no more horrible movies yay

That would mean that Lucas would be nearly 80 years old when they get made. It would turn into Star Bores: the Return of the Grumpy Old Jedi.
