My New Love For DnB !

My girlfriend had Dj Maus - Intersection in her cd collection and wow, that cd is awesome DnB.

As much as the beats are super fast, the mix is one you can relax to at the same time.

Then I decided to get Ed Rush - Wormhole and that cd is also awesome.
First time I ever went clubbing was in a club where they played jungle. Gotta get back to my roots !

Anywho, for those who like Drum & Bass once in a while, copy this link in Windows media player to watch the video, it's awesome.

Amon Tobin amazing for DnB

Posted by Mekroon on Nov-14-2005 01:46:

Amon Tobin is not DnB...
ull never hear a DnB Dj play his stuff well i dont think so
its more Electronic Jazz
he puts drum n bass pattern in his drums but his style is jazzy
this guy is so damn crazy with samples
he puts drums at 160bpm with drums at 80bpm which makes a complete roll of drum...
I think he came here recently... what a shame i didnt go

If you want to check out some ambient drum and bass, listen to Klute's following two albums: "Lie Cheat & Steal" and "No One's Listening Anymore". If you like him, also check out High Contrast.

DnB is nice but I really dont like it in a club
I went to dieselboy & Dj rap last year at aria, and it gets boring on a dancefloor...
it is still a really interesting style of music....and im still a DnB noob...

I didnt get bored of Dieselboy but DJ Rap was kinda blah... she wasnt putting much into her mixing, just mixing thru the breakdowns.

You should've checked out Roni Size... he put on a good show. He was showing off some turntable skills.
