like someone please kill me. ive been in front of this damn computer for 2 days straight doing these projects for these clients. and right when i think i made some major progress and im almost completed one. the mother****** calls me saying he wants to change things around. i asked for an extension i got it. but now i have days of work ahead of me and i got to go to work tomm. not to mention the original due date was tomm. like wow. hes even asking me to do some fuckin wild shit ive never even seen before. thank god i didint give him a price. im gonna charge him through the fuckin roof for the pain hes putting me in.

isnt there an easier way to make money? like fuck ppl just let me fuckin pimp u or somethign

alright what i do is hvac designing.

lets say ur building a house or renovating ur house and u want to change the heating system. well somebody has to do all the calculations and make the mechanical blueprints for the system. thats what i do. i design the heating system. i size the duct, design the easiest way for it to run select the equipment all that fun shit.

and it can be very straightforward at times when ur dealing with a person that just wants a forced air system. but then u get motherfucekrs that want radiant heating only in the kitchen and they like being a lil cooler when they watch tv so they want a lil more ac over there. but they dont want any heat in that room during the winter.

its when ppl get too specific that there tends to be problems lol.

Personally, I would charge time-and-a-half for all the extra hours beyond what was originally planned. Tell him to consider himself lucky that you're not charging double time, because in order to get this job done you had to pass up an opportunity with another client that was worth twice as much.

It sucks balls when clients change their requirements on you in the middle of a contract. When this one gets your bill, he'll learn that's not an acceptable practice.
