Dj Mag /DjList

So everyone has been talking about Djmag top 100 but there is also the djlist , which has tiesto as number one, does it work the same way? is the djlist not have as much importance as Djmag? is it tallied up the same? always wondered.

DJ Mag = One vote for the year.

DJ List = Voted on a monthly basis. However since it's only a website and not a magazine it doesn't have as much credit given to it.

Same with any voting system, it's purely a popularity contest however for some reason DJ Mag lands you an "exceptional amount of credibility" where-as TheDJList is snubbed.
