It's from an old Nintendo game called Zerowing. The beginning is the intro showing Japanese translation at it's best. Haha.. and the rest shows how bored people can get editing all those pics.

It is actually an old sega genesis game, not nintendo. It originally was an arcade game. Apparently it sucks ass.

Secondly, this was posed on the something awful message boards a VERY long time ago. Sorry to dissapoint you, but they were the ones who started it all, and it is REALLY getting old...

It actually has gotten tons of media attention and is getting really played out, which is why all threads with subject matter relating to Zero-wing or AYB (All Your Base) have been banned on somethingawful

so we will most likely not see anymore cool stuff like this, oh well...

They are making fun of the poor Japanese to English translations on that game's dialogs. Imagine if you were a general about to take over the enemy and you said threateningly "All your base are belong to us"

(All your base are caused a general fault protection error...)
