yeah, its not bad but I was pissed off that it didnt focus on the part of the song that sounds really good.

His Gladiator work was unprecedented... The soundtrack is one of the most treasured CD's I have. I also love his work from The Thin Red Line.

wow, I like this thread. Ive always loved film scores, and Gladiator has by far one of the most beautiful scores of any film-Zimmer's best work.

btw, The Rock was not completely by Hans was it? Only part I believe.

"Gortoz a Ran J'Attends" from Black Hawk Down is definatly my favourite.

His track, Hunger, from the Black Hawk Down album is just superb. Talk about the build up of a song. From the Thin Red Line, he did this excellent chorus section where the "tribe" sing a melody that gives me goosebumps every time I watch the movie.

However, his best score I think was in Last of the Mohicans, which he later changed around a bit to make another excellent score for Pearl Harbor. If you want more atmospheric stuff from Zimmer, Gladiator is your movie, however he has done even more powerful scores in my opinion.

i do like his gladiator stuff, but i also like his pearl harbour, but i cant choose which is my favourite:|

The Last Samurai was a good one, and the main theme from Broken Arrow was also pretty cool imo
