Ah.. the link above was before I had uploaded it to my website: www.mectersa.com. It was first uploaded to a friends website; I now changed to link to download it from my website. I just tested the new link and it works. Sorry for the inconvenience.

PS - For all those who are going to the Gabriel & Dresden show tomorrow night I will have CD copies on hand to distribute. I'll try to reserve enough but its first come, first serve.
