i overheard some nerds arguing about the specs of 360 and the ps3 today... it was funny shit.

the 360 guys won though so +1 to them!

Eh, hard to compare the two. To each their own. I stick to PC's.

Halo 3 is coming out on the 360 in July. They are releasing it then to combat with the debut of the PS3. At least that is what I read a couple months ago.

mr bill gates said that they'll be releasing halo 3 on the day the ps3 gets released which really hasn't been announced yet but its rumored to be spring 06.

only games i'm looking forward too r gears of war and halo 3 so i'm not pumped at all for the launch date since none of the launch titles look good.

Have some friends getting it but for me, I like to let all the hype die down and the price fall before getting into a brand new console. Plus I want to wait and see what Team Xecuter has in store for the 360 at which time I'll defintely get one.

Screw both systems though; I'm mostly interested in Revolution now cause it looks like its the only one that's offering something NEW and not just prettier graphics.

Makes most sense to release in the fall. It's like an unwritten tradition, it seems, to release the new systems in the 3rd quarter this year.

It's true. There is some tradition to it.

HOWEVER, Nintendo might be breaking it. We might see a Spring-time Revolution release in the US.

I doubt it. I really really doubt it. Unless springtime means after E3, because there's no way in hell they'll release it before E3. I'd be one happy camper though, cause the more I read and think about that console, the more I want it
